Well, Run #4
5:30 AM ! Still not really sure if that is the best time to run, but it nice to get it out of the way, and I am really awake when I get to work.... which is always good, as sleeping is frowned upon...
The runs were a little longer today, but really wasn't as hard as I thought and I managed to finish all the runs +/- 5 seconds. It was still hard but I look forward to the next run!
Dylan and I walked to GBC today to get the car that we had left there Sunday night, he had fun and it felt good to get the walking time without having to ruin the calm brisk walk with running! ha!
I can definitely feel a change in my attitude and I don't get as tired when I get home from work!
I feel great and I hope that this project will turn into a lifestyle change that continues for a long time!
It's great that we have apps to help us organize our runs and track distances, and even better that our friends and family cheer us on when we do a run. That really makes it easier to keep going!
