Well, they haven't all been great, some dirty, but I have a dozen runs under my belt... Tonight made up for sat mornings run. And I made it through all the runs with less pain than the previous 2 weeks.... It really has been a great day and I enjoyed this run more than any previous run... I feel great and just hope I can get to sleep tonight! Looking forward to a great week!
